Oh my goodness, just whipped these up and decided to come write a note about them to keep me from devouring another cookie. I liked how The Lazy Baker uses a mix of dark and milk chocolate chips - the chocolatey goodness is just right. Delish.

The Brown Sugar Pecan Shortbread totally exceeded my expectations in deliciousness. There's a touch of cinnamon and between that and the brown sugar, they were almost like candy. I filled the tins only halfway to make them more crisp and cookie like, and I ended up with 60 cookies from one mix!
